Mansoor is a power systems and renewable energy consultant with more than 18 years' experience across New Zealand and the Pacific. He specialises in the design, integration, commissioning, and operational support of solar PV, battery energy storage, hybrid generation, SCADA, and control systems.

Brian has vast experience in the solar industry throughout Australasia, Europe and Asia including project design, development and EPC contracting. He has deep knowledge of the renewable energy domain backed with expertise in engineering in business.

Brian will oversee development of new solar assets and asset performance monitoring for Rānui.

Allan Dawson has deep expertise in energy regulation, market development, and market operations across the Asia-Pacific region. He served as Deputy Chair and Member of New Zealand's Electricity Authority (2017-2025), and was previously founding CEO of the Energy Market Company in Singapore and CEO of the Independent Market Operator in Western Australia.
